Myanmer: Murder, Rape, Fire, and the Unspeakable Horror

In Myanmar, a sovereign state in South East Asia- also known as Burma- the military is going to villages and destroying everything in sight. When soldiers enter the villages, they begin killing the men, rounding the women up and set houses on fire. The women were rounded to be raped by the soldiers. In order to escape some people, like Rashida Begum, hid in a “deep, swift-running creek,” (unfortunately she lost her baby daughter that day). Myanmar refugees have moved to Bangladesh for protection The attacks are so bad people who live on the border between Bangladesh and Myanmar, have reported seeing huge fires and hearing cries. The Myanmar government is not going to stop their attacks. They are determined to get break up Rohingya (a Muslim ethnic group). There have been many reports of the horror stories. People being slaughtered and nothing is being done to help them.
